Services

  • Consulting Services: I am available to discuss your project with you, and can give you specific ideas to help you carry out your vision.
  • Installment Services: I can check in with you periodically to see how your project is progressing and offer suggestions and tips to help keep you on track. If it's ideas you need, and you want to go the economical route by doing the work yourself, I'm happy to help!
  • Scheduled Organizing: Sometimes, it is more realistic to organize in stages. For example, we'll start in one area and get it organized, then let that change settle for a week or so to give you time to become comfortable with the changes we have made. Then, when you are ready, we'll tackle another room or area and repeat this process. This works quite well when one is budgeting funds. If you're not pressed for time in completing your organizing project(s), this is a wonderful approach to take.
  • Hands-on Organizing: If you are overwhelmed by the idea of tackling that mound of buried stuff, be of good cheer.I am at my best when I get to help! I offer complete organizing services including help with removal of donated items. This is a team effort between you and I, and helping hands get the job done.
  • Large Project Organizing: If you have an out-building, storeroom, or large area that needs to be organized, I can come in and set up an organizing system that will serve your needs beautifully.
  • Flexibility: I can combine any of the above elements, in any way, shape or form, to suit your needs, desires, and timelines. I am willing and able and would be happy to help you with your organizing project, whatever it may encompass.

  • What I won't do, and why:

  • Make decisions for you on what to keep or throw away. This is your life, and I respect your choices. That certainly doesn't mean I won't suggest and encourage you to slim things down (a lot), but the final decision rests with you.
  • Tell you to do things "this way". Again, this is your space and you are the architect. I will offer ideas, solutions, recommendations and my experience with organizing, but I do not dictate. This way, the end result is something highly personalized by you and for you. And that's just the way it should be!
  • Make organizing drudgery. Life is too short, and I like to have fun, so I try to make organizing pleasant and light-hearted. It really is possible to have a great time going through one's possessions. Inevitably, clients tell me how much better they feel once this (potentially emotional) process has started. It is liberating to get rid of the weight of clutter. It not only affects the physical realm, but the spiritual as well. Unburdened is an easier way to travel.
  • Lay guilt trips on you. That's your Mom and Dad's job!!!
